I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, polite and always responsive whenever I had a question or issue. They made me feel very welcome, and I appreciated their help. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the cleanliness and breakfast options.

Not obvious to find some amenities.

This hotel was luxurious, providing exclusive amenities. the service was excellent, and the staff was always polite and responsive. the private facilities were impressive.

There was a minor issue with the air conditioner not being powerful enough to keep the room cool. the hotel had a leisure/ TV room, a restaurant with delicious food, and a bar/lounge area.

the location of the hotel was quite convenient for our city trip, with many nearby attractions and restaurants to explore.

Our room left a lot to be desired. the bathtub was made of flimsy material that broke within two days of use, and there seems to have been a leak in the toilet.

the location was pretty convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Another great aspect was the free breakfast, which tasted delicious and saved me some money.

My stay wasn't perfect. The bathtub in my room was made of a cheap plastic material that broke within the first two days of my stay.
